Commercial Roof Cleaning Plymouth
Roof Cleaning for Your Business
If you are searching for a professional company to clean the roof of your commercial premises, look no further. At Clear and Clean, we are experienced specialists in exterior cleaning, and will carry out your Commercial Roof Cleaning in Plymouth, Devon & Cornwall, to the highest standard.
Why Book Commercial Roof Cleaners?
It is essential that you keep the roof of your commercial premises clean, for many reasons. If you do not keep up with roof maintenance, your insurance company may declare any claim void, should you experience issues such as leaks. This could result in costly repairs, or even the possibility of footing the bill for a whole new roof!
Organic matter not only looks unsightly, but can also cause serious issues. If cleaning does not take place, over time, a build-up of this biotic material can cause structural damage. Should the area need to be accessed, it could also cause hazardous conditions. With buildings incorporating skylights, keeping them clear and clean from debris allows light to shine through, improving working conditions and general aesthetics for visitors/customers alike.
Our Qualified and Methodical Approach to Roof Cleaning
A survey is carried out prior to work taking place. This allows us to examine your property to note any issues, establish the best method to use, and plan for the type of high-access equipment we would need for your particular job. Once your survey has taken place, we will advise you on the method of cleaning we think will be most suitable for the property in question – whether it be scrape & biocide, or low pressure steam.
After cleaning, we vacuum and wash down guttering, windows and any uPVC.
In the interests of safety, we carry an IPAF licence for relevant mobile elevating work platforms, to access heights. We also hold Public Liability Insurance; are Safe Contractor Approved; hold certification for both the SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) and PASMA (Tower Scaffolding.)
